Perry Health and Rehab Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct, compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs per care plans and under supervision, while upholding health and infection control standards.

We offer a $7,500 sign‑on bonus, flexible pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend shifts (Three 12‑hour days) and a Weekend Warrior program are available to join a stabilized, supportive team

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within state laws.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program; GED guidance available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per the care plan in a SNF setting and per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain safety, health, infection control policies and contribute to residents' comfort and well‑being.
