Job summary

Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Valley Cottage, NY, is seeking a CNA (Weekend Warrior) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification as a NY CNA is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work weekend shifts (Sats & Sun).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, transferring, ambulating).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Work weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).

Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a premier skilled nursing and rehab facility serving Rockland and Westchester Counties, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a CNA (Weekend Warrior). About the Role

As a CNA (Weekend Warrior), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients while working weekend shifts. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering high-quality patient care will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
