Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and ensuring proper hydration.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe residents and promptly report health concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements as needed.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

About the Role

As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you will work on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout your scheduled shift
• Helping residents with personal hygiene
• Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Documenting resident food and fluid intake
• Assisting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making resident beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transporting residents within the facility
• Assisting nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhering to professional standards and following all facility policies and procedures
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and facility data
