Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing is seeking a CNA Weekend Warrior to join a team delivering patient-centered care in a 174-bed center. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with licensed staff to implement care plans, providing support to residents and families.

Weekend shifts are required; candidates must hold CNA certification and be able to lift and reposition patients with minimal assistance. A high school diploma is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (state: New Jersey) required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
