Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive environment prioritizing residents' well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring dignity and respect for each resident.
· Provide companionship and emotional support
· Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
· Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
· Support mobility through transferring and repositioning
· Aid during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
· Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional health
· Valid CNA certification in Indiana
· Ability to perform physical tasks
