Job summary

High Point Residence in Waterloo, IL, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. You will collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and support, with a strong commitment to patient care.

Shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, 3.5 days per week, plus every other weekend. The role supports residents with daily activities and monitoring, with opportunities to work around school schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at High Point Residence. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities:
