Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living activities at our Pittsburgh North Hills location. You’ll work under nursing supervision to ensure high-quality care and adherence to state, federal, and local standards.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($20–$24 base plus a $2 shift differential for evenings/nights), same-day pay, and benefits like PTO, loan repayment, and multiple health plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision to ensure care meets current standards.
• Work with nursing staff to maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
