Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and document care.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and clean environment for residents.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
