Job summary

Trellis Chino is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for residents in a 5-Star Medicare-Rated facility. You will assist with daily living activities and support the care team in a home-like environment at Trellis Chino.

This full-time night shift offers $19-$22 per hour, DOE, located at 5454 Walnut Ave, Chino, CA 91710. Join a supportive, collaborative team focused on resident wellbeing and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Position Summary
