Job summary

Trellis Chino is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shift at our Trellis Chino facility in Chino, CA. The role supports residents with daily needs and collaborates with the nursing team to provide compassionate care in a home-like setting.

We offer a 11pm-7am schedule, a pay range of $19–$22 per hour depending on experience, and a commitment to a respectful, patient-centered environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
