Qualifications

• Must have valid Missouri CNA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid state driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents and staff to scheduled events.
• Coordinate transportation with appropriate staff members.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle using proper safety procedures.
• Operate vehicle and lift equipment as required for wheelchair residents.
• Maintain vehicle logs and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Report any vehicle or care concerns to supervisor.
