• Assist with personal hygiene for residents.
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Make beds and keep spaces tidy.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Measure vital signs (e.g., BP, temperature).
• Help residents with bathing and bathroom needs.
