Job summary

Avardis Health is offering a Nurse Aide in Training program at Grand Trace, Grand Trace facility, United States. Earn while you train with a paid eight-hour course and exam preparation, guided by a Nurse Manager and CNAs to provide routine care to residents.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to infection control, and accurate documentation. On-site shifts include mornings, afternoons, and nights, with a focus on safety and respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of eight (8) hour course is required.
• Must take exam within 120 days from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per the Nurse Manager's plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and accompany residents to activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and proper care documentation.
• Deliver medications under supervision and report hazards immediately.
• Support two-person transfers only with licensed staff.
