People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and accompany individuals on community outings to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license.
• Compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• Criminal background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• TB screening and physical required on hire with TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Prepare meals and coordinate medical appointments.
• Distribute medications.
• Facilitate community outings.
