Essentia Health's Oak Crossing facility in Detroit Lakes, MN offers an entry-level CNA pathway with funded training toward CNA certification. After you pass the test, you’ll be promoted to CNA with a raise and schedule. This is a cross-trained, team-based role in a long-term care setting.
