Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is partnering with Impact CNA School to offer a tuition-paid CNA training program. This 6-week course prepares you to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and, upon graduation, provides immediate employment as a CNA at Powdersville Post Acute.

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you will train under licensed staff, gain hands-on experience, and enjoy benefits such as next-day pay, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive healthcare options.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from Easley, SC
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in approved CNA training program provided by the facility or affiliated institution
• Assist residents with basic care needs such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene under supervision
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed staff
• Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and hydration support
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Learn proper infection control and safety procedures
• Support residents' mobility and comfort with guidance from nursing staff
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and complete required coursework
• Demonstrate compassion, respect, and professionalism in all interactions
