Job summary

Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is inviting motivated individuals to enroll in its CNA Trainee Classes. You will engage in a structured program, gaining hands-on skills and classroom learning to prepare for CNA certification while serving residents with compassion.

Starting October 7th, 2026, the program emphasizes safety, patient care fundamentals, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team-focused environment at our Cortland location.

Qualifications

• No CNA experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check.
• Two forms of ID and proof of MMR immunizations at hire.
• Strong customer service skills and interest in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled CNA classes led by instructors.
• Participate in hands-on training and clinical experiences.
• Develop strong communication and customer service skills.
