Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient and resident care including hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, repositioning, and comfort.
• Obtain and communicate vital signs and patient or resident observations.
• Assist with meals, hydration, activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe care environment.
• Support patients and residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Collaborate with RNs and the care team to document and communicate observations.
