Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking dedicated individuals to join our October CNA Training Class as CNA Trainees. You will receive paid training while preparing for your certification and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent CNA role after successful completion.

We offer flexible scheduling across full-time and part-time shifts, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and overtime opportunities. Tuition assistance is available to support further nursing credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to residents (mobility, bathing, dressing, meals).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
