Job summary

Complete Care is hosting a CNA Class Program that lets you work while you study. We are hiring non-certified nursing assistants to join our program, with opportunities to transition to a Certified Nursing Assistant after completion.

We offer full-time shift opportunities, health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(K) and PTO, and a “work today; get paid today” option. Weekend shift differential and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Active, unencumbered CNA certification in New Jersey is required.
Long term care experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
