Qualifications

• CNA certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Education: Associate degree in healthcare preferred.
• No prior experience required for entry-level CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient behaviors and provide nursing interventions.
• Assist patients with daily planning and activities.
• Document patient progress during hospitalization.
• Participate in shift change reports and team meetings.
• Support milieu management and maintain safety.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques as needed.
