North Shore Healthcare is seeking a WisCaregiver CNA Trainee to support residents and staff across nursing, housekeeping, culinary, and activities teams while training toward a free CNA certification.

You will receive training paid by WisCaregiver Careers; once certified you may work at our highly rated facilities and apply skills learned onsite. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day activities to support residents and staff
• Help serve meals, snacks and fluids (not providing care)
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, organized, and sanitized
• Assist with preparing rooms for new admissions
• Make beds and ensure call lights are accessible
• Stock rooms with supplies
• Answer call lights and report to qualified staff
• May transport residents per regulations
• Complete daily task sheet
