Ash Street Place in Perry, OK is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents under licensed nurses. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal support, and ensure safe, respectful care in a senior living setting.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The position includes a 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift and a path to CNA certification for

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from licensed nurses.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility assistance, such as transferring and positioning residents safely.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assisting with meal times, including feeding residents who require assistance.
• Supporting residents' social and emotional well-being by engaging in meaningful interactions and activities.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents, including making beds and tidying living spaces.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
