Qualifications

• No CNA certification is required to start; we’ll train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Heart for helping others and desire to grow in senior care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (meals, hydration, companionship, mobility).
• Provide warm, friendly interactions to brighten residents' days.
• Work with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and report observations.
• Support training and transition to CNA role.
