Responsibilities

• Provide health-related services as outlined in the plan of care by a physician and supervised by a RN or licensed therapist.
• Assist with personal hygiene, housekeeping and related supportive tasks in the patient's home.
• Immediately report changes in the client’s condition to the supervising professional.
• Ensure the safety of the patient, family and employee.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.

This NYS Dept of Health approved course will enable participants to obtain a recognized HHA Certificate and work for HCR seeing our home care patients. Work is readily available in Clinton County!
