Job description

CNA - Telemetry at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Nurse Assistant will provide routine direct patient care within specific unit policies and procedures, report pertinent information to the Registered Nurse, and respond to patient care needs. Must perform at least two of the following job duties:

  1. Provide direct patient care under supervision.
  2. Report patient status and concerns to the nursing team.

Required qualifications:

  • Completion of the first semester of a Registered Nurse academic program or equivalent education/experience.
  • California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in acute care settings.
