Job summary

Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The CNA will support the mission of patient-focused care by assisting RNs and LVNs with patient care tasks and unit-based activities.

Qualified candidates will hold California CNA certification and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Magnet-recognized hospital with a patient-centered culture and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License

• 6 months of Certified Nursing Assistant experience in acute, sub-acute or skilled nursing facility OR one year Nursing Assistant experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse in patient care tasks and unit-based activities within the department.
