Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Lead CNA to mentor and support our caregiving team in the Murray, UT area. This role focuses on training, coordinating caregivers, and ensuring high-quality in-home care for clients.

The Lead CNA will collaborate with office staff, participate in client intake, and step in as a caregiver when needed, with on-call weekend and after-hours coverage as required. Strong leadership and caregiving experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver training.
• Assist with training in the office and in clients’ homes.

• Assist with in-office projects (paperwork, phone support, trainings).
• Cover shifts and be on-call every other weekend and as assigned.

Job Description – Lead CNA

Schedule Requirements

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 12PM - 8PM
• The evening shift may be eligible for a shift differential.
• Schedule availability is required Monday through Friday.
• Every other weekend on-call coverage is required from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
• Occasional coverage outside of regularly scheduled hours may be required based on business needs, including coverage until 10:00 PM.

Applicants must be able to reliably work this weekday schedule, as it is essential to supporting caregiver training, onboarding, and daily operations. HOURS VARY ON LOCATION! ASK US!!

Requirements

• Current CNA license
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance record
