Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the CNA may perform patient care and transport non-controlled medications to and from the pharmacy, supporting the nurse and coordinating tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous nursing unit or hospital experience, current CPR certification, and an active CA license.

They may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The CNA transports non-controlled medications to and from pharmacy. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed.
