Job summary

Bedford Post Acute is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision. You will help ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards while delivering compassionate bedside care.

Successful candidates will be 18+ years old and hold a PA CNA certification in good standing. PCC experience is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate compassion for a vulnerable population.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• A CNA certification in good standing in PA.
• Experience with PCC is preferred.
• Compassion for a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in activities of daily living under supervision of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before treatments and meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meals, mobility, and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a warm, calm environment and document care accurately.
