Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Springboro, OH is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our compassionate care team. Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (11pm–7am). Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with additional $3.00 second shift and $1.50 third shift differentials, plus DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio; must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible in daily life.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and prepare meals and eat with residents.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
