Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or completed within four months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Direct patient care experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring and ambulation.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Complete and document care provided per care plans.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans and reports.
• Report abnormal findings and any unsafe conditions to staff.
