Hempfield Manor in Greensburg, PA is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under supervision. The role supports residents with daily living activities and requires compassionate, dependable teamwork to deliver quality care.

Qualified candidates will have STNA/CNA credentials or will complete the state-approved training and competency exam within four months of hire. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for FT positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or CNA training and competency exam within four months of hire.
• Must follow facility policies and demonstrate core competencies.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, and ambulation.
• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures.
• Meet job-related competencies in the STNA/CNA manual.
• Answers call bells.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Refer to and follow resident care plan; report abnormal findings.
