Job summary

Atrium Centers Freeman Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Michigan is seeking a caring CNA/STNA to join our 60-bed facility on the 1st and 2nd shifts.

You will provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan, assist with daily activities, ensure resident safety, practice infection control, document vitals, and uphold the Residents’ Bill of Rights while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements, including vitals.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
