Job summary

Personal-Home-Care-of-North-Carolin is seeking a Full Time CNA Staff Relief to provide basic patient care under RN/LPN supervision in Mount Holly, NC. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, vital signs, mobility, and emotional support.

The role requires CNA certification, HS diploma, and ability to work weekends/holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

A CNA Staff Relief is responsible for providing basic care to patients, as well as assisting them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. They work under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This is a Full Time position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs
• Help patients with mobility and exercise
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nurse in charge
• Keep patient living space clean and organized
• Assist with medical procedures as needed
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures
• Complete and submit all required documentation timely and accurately

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification; at least 1 Year experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
