Trinity Health Senior Communities is launching a paid CNA training program designed to help individuals start a career in health care. Eligible applicants must be 18 or older and will have tuition and exam fees paid during the program.

After a training period, you will earn minimum wage while in class and a CNA certification. Upon class completion, you will be offered a full-time position earning an increased CNA wage.
