Trinity Health is launching a paid CNA training program in Michigan. Eligible applicants who are 18+ may join the program, with tuition and examination fees paid by Trinity Health Senior Communities.
During training, participants earn minimum wage and will obtain CNA certification. Upon successful completion, a full-time CNA position is offered with increased pay. This pathway provides hands-on clinical experience with our residents and a clear career route within Trinity Health.
