Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caregiving team in Westlake, OH. The CNA will deliver routine daily nursing care, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, to assigned patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient dignity, and upholding Life Care standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
