Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, supporting their comfort and well‑being in a skilled nursing environment.

As an important member of the interdisciplinary team, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient status, and document care in accordance with Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team; maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
