The role includes bedside care, equipment cleaning, stock management and patient transport within our high-tech, patient-first network.

Requirements include a High School diploma and CNA/NJ certification; 1+ year of patient care in LTC/Sub Acute is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CNA/NJ certification/registration required.
• With 1+ years patient care experience in LTC/Sub Acute.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, basic patient care activities under RN guidance.
• Care and cleaning of equipment, stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Transport patients, supplies and equipment as needed.
