Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, under the direction of licensed staff.

We offer competitive benefits and sign-on bonuses: $3,500 for 2nd shift full-time and $1,000 for 3rd shift full-time. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, and an active CNA license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
