Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under the supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager and in accordance with the Plan of Care, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Tenant’s Bill of Rights and the campus QAPI program.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Follow the Plan of Care and adhere to policies to ensure safe, compassionate care for residents.
