You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful work, supportive supervision, and a path to growth within our growing network of facilities. This part-time position offers AM and overnight openings with a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care for residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Support independence and activities of daily living under supervision.
• Collaborate with licensed nurse and care team to promote well-being.
