Cantex Continuing Care Network is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a skilled nursing location in Silsbee, TX. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with ADLs, and help ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift/move/transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset.
• Reading/writing/speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities per regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
