Job summary

Resthaven (Holland, Michigan) is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd schedules. Sign-On Bonus of $3,000 for full-time staff and $1,500 for part-time staff is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Michigan state approved CNA certification.
• Current Michigan CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow individualized care plans for residents and provide services according to the plan.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and other resident needs.
• Lift, move, and transport residents while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Ensure infection control procedures are followed and report changes to licensed staff.
• Perform vital signs, weights, and other routine assessments as directed.

Education
