Job summary

Kruse Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide person-centered, respectful, and timely care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by responding to call lights and care needs.
• Help residents maintain independence and dignity by following individual care plans.
• Accurately document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and health data.
• Observe changes and report to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with rehabilitative activities as directed by the care team.
