Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to perform ADLs and provide compassionate resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care by assisting residents with bathing and routine nursing care per care plans.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Attend scheduled training and orientation programs to maintain current certification.
