Qualifications

• State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training completed.
• Must be able to communicate in English and document care.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, vitals).
• Assist residents with mealtime.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, and leadership when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
