Qualifications

• CNA certification or license required.
• Ability to provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing and transfers.
• Support residents with nutritional needs and dining preferences.
• Remind residents to take medications and assist with containers.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Assisted Living Director.
