Job summary

Willow Grove of Maumelle, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and safety, while ensuring compassionate care and adherence to facility standards.

Qualified candidates must hold an active CNA license in Arkansas and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be licensed in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and maintain active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts/transfers.
• Assists with nutritional needs, sets dining tables, serves meals, and provides substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminds residents to take medications and helps open containers.
• Notices changes in residents' behavior or condition and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.
